The mark consists of a black silhouette of the New York skyline comprised of a stylized design of the Statue of Liberty on the far left and skyscrapers of varying sizes, with the stylized wording "NEW YORK" in the bottom corner of the skyline design superimposed on top of a three pronged arrow head design facing downward fading from top to bottom in red to orange to green, above which appears two stylized black tilted palm trees on a black hill partially above the word "Caribbean" in black, all inside a shaded circle outline fading from yellow to orange to red to green, and below the circle are the stylized black letters "C.I.N.Y". The color white represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
