The mark consists of the letters "IDC" in the color gray on top of the word "PRECISION" in the color black with a red horizontal line separating the letters and the word, and light gray shading offset from the letters and horizontal line; superimposed over the letters "I" and part of the letter "D" is a target and crosshair like design consisting of four red needles pointing to the north, south, east, and west directions, with a red dot in the middle of the needles, and is encompassed by a thin red circle which is encompassed within a thicker black circle. The color white represents background and/or transparent areas, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
