The mark consists of a red circular border formed by two concentric black lines with the words "HU TIEU MY THO VIETNAMESE NOODLE HOUSE" in white within the border along with two white stylized flowers on the left and right within the border. In the center of the circular border is an image of a woman in a purple dress/shirt (Vietnamese ao dai), black pants, and a white hat standing on a black boat riding through a river shaded in blue, pink, green and yellow, with three other brown & black boats in the distance. In front of the boat is a shore line or green grass. Next to the river are two brown & tan Vietnamese hut style houses with a black shadow underneath, next to green palm trees and a green forest with a green mountain in the distance and blue sky with white shading and white moon. Superimposed on top of the image in the center of the red circle is the design of the country of Vietnam in yellow. Next to this circular logo are the words "HU TIEU MY THO" written in the traditional Vietnamese style in yellow block lettering with a black shadow.
