The mark consists of a gold star with a blue circle in the middle of the star with white stars around the perimeter of the circle with a white border inside and outside of the blue circle. At the very center of the circle is an image of a bald eagle inside the circle, with white and brown feathers, a yellow beak, and yellow and black eye, against a black background. Next to and slightly overlapping the star design is a gray shield, outlined in white and grey, with a blue circle in the middle of the shield with a white border inside and outside of the blue circle with white stars around the perimeter of the circle with the image of a portion of the American flag inside the circle in black and white, with a blue stripe instead of a white stripe in the middle of the flag.
