The mark consists of a Roman man on the left wearing a green shirt and pink robe holding a white scroll, and a Roman soldier wearing a yellow shirt and red skirt and brown armor, both of whom are standing on two American flags in red, white and blue. In between them are two tan spheres and inside is the dome of the Capitol building in black and white with the blue sky around it. Across the top is silver, navy and white eagle, and underneath it there is a tan and white banner with the words of US Legalization in navy blue lettering.
