The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies that the real estate services provided have met the following standards of expertise in the real estate field, namely, that persons authorized by the certifier have held a valid real estate license for at least the previous 12 months, have handled twelve real estate sales within the previous 12 months and have completed 24 credit hours in courses from the certifier. Registrant is exercising legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce. Registrant is certifying real estate services. Registrant is not engaged in the production or marketing of the goods or services to which the mark is applied, except to advertise or promote recognition of the certification program or of the goods or services that meet the certification standards of the owner.
