Then there are white olive wreaths curved on the left and right side of the mark. In the center of the mark is a black symbol, consisting of three components: the center component is in the shape of an arrowhead with a notch missing from the upper right side. Then, there are two curved symmetrical components place of the left and right, which are shaped like horns at their tops and hooks at their bottoms, that both curve inward. The above elements are encased in six circles, which are the following starting with the outer most circle: one thin layer of black, one thin layer of white, one thick layer of black, one thin layer of white, one thin layer of black and finally a full white circle.
