The germ has an expression of exclaiming or crying out, and a black, single line tornado swirl appears above and to the left of its head. The germ is wearing white gloves and shoes with gray shading, and a gray shading spot appears below its body. The germ is holding a black and silver pitchfork with is broken and bent near the fork.
