The mark consists of a circle with vines and roses around the border and a tree resembling the silhouette of the female with leaves and roots in the middle. The border of the circle contains 25 open roses colored various shades of pink to include rose pink, hot pink, pale pink, blush, and mauve with touches of the color white. The roses are connected through vines resembling swirls colored various shades of green to include emerald green, mint, and sage. The center of the circle features a design that resembles the silhouette of a natural born female, woman. The silhouette in the center of the circle also resembles a tree with roots that touch the lower center of the circle and travel the circumference of the circle. The roots branch off or expand towards the left and right of the base of the silhouette. The color of the silhouette in the center of the circle varies in transition between the colors bronze, copper, and hints of gold. The circumference of the circle includes several layers of circular lines representing the roots of the silhouette image identified previously as resembling a tree and a natural born female, woman and are also bronze, copper, and gold. Overlapping the bronze, copper, and gold circular lines along the circumference are the green, emerald green, mint, and sage layered swirls representing vines. Overlapping the green, emerald green, mint, and sage swirls representing vines are the 25 open roses colored various shades of pink to include rose pink, hot pink, pale pink, blush, and mauve namely with touches of the color white. The top of the silhouette in the center features a circle resembling a head. Extended to the left and right of the upper silhouette just below the circular shape representing a head are two lines resembling arms which represent branches of a tree. Each branch has a balance scale hanging from it. The balance scale imagery has been popularized as the scales of justice for specificity. The entire silhouette, which includes the head or uppermost part, branches, and scales is copper, bronze, and gold. Above the top of the silhouette are leaves in various shades of green. The leaves extend from the upper left to right of the inner portion of the circle, covering a space of approximately one-third of the image. The color white that appears as the background of the mark is not claimed as a feature of the mark, and is merely intended to represent transparent areas of the mark.
