The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a can. The first view of the mark consists of the color red, which is the equivalent of Pantone Matching System 711C, as applied to the surface of the pop top can tab and the color pink, which is the equivalent of Pantone Matching System 700C, as applied to the surface of the top lip of a can. The second view of the mark consists the color red, which is the equivalent of Pantone Matching System 711C, as applied to two strips that encircle the top of the can. There is a circular stylized design in the middle of the front of the can of three waves with two seagulls to the right of the middle wave, and a solid line surrounds half of the design in a semicircle. The color black represents outlining or shading and is not part of the mark. Below the aforementioned wave design is a stylized drawing of a large splash placed directly above a smaller splash, the large splash is the color red, which is the equivalent of Pantone Matching System 711C; the smaller splash is the color pink, which is the equivalent of Pantone Matching System 700C. The shape of the pop top and the can in broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
