The mark consists of a bridge design with a horizontal bridge deck having two pairs of vertical pillars, each pair near each end of the bridge deck, each pair of the end pillars having a horizontal top connecting both of the pillars of the pair, with a curved line extending from the top of each innermost pillar to about the midpoint of the nearest outermost pillar, with a bridge cable extending from the top of one outermost vertical pillar downward to the bridge deck then upward back to the top of the other outermost vertical pillar and another bridge cable extending from a point near the upper third of one innermost vertical pillar above and parallel to the bridge cable down towards the bridge deck then upward to a point near the upper third of the other innermost vertical pillar, with a plant design of a short stemmed, fanned, 7-leaf plant situated above the bridge cables and centered between the two innermost vertical pillars with three of the leaves extending above the top of the vertical pillars, the middle leaf being vertical and the tallest, the two leaves on each side of that leaf being angled away from the center leaf and a bit shorter, the next two leaves adjacent being angled own from those leaves and a bit smaller, and the last two adjacent being a bit shorter and horizontally situated with the word Highbridge in stylized font situated beneath the bridge deck and centered below the bridge deck and vertical pillars with the R having a long tail and the I immediately following the R being situated above the long tail of the R.
