The mark consists of a stylized term, "NAOSSOFT", composed of light blue letters that fade to blue toward the bottom of the letters. Each letter is stylized, the first letter "O" in "NAOSSOFT" is stylized to resemble a light blue gear with a white bright light. This letter is uniquely designed to portray the star naos, where the name is derived. White streaks also appear in the center of this letter with a shiny blue circle representing the blue star naos. The white streaks spread out beyond the cogs of the letter "O" to show how bright the star is. The naos star is also known as Zeta Puppis it's a hot blue giant star in the constellation of Puppis. The top of the gear fades to a darker blue as well as the bottom. The two "S" letters are interconnected representing partnership and cooperation. The second "O" in "NAOSSOFT" is in the form of a light blue computer chip that contains a light blue stylized image of an atomic whirl. All letters and designs appear on a navy blue background with rays of perpendicular traces from the transparent lights.
