The mark consists of a stylized image of a duck face, wherein the right half of the face is depicted in black and the left half of the face is depicted in white, the left half of the duck's beak is depicted in yellow and the right half of the beak depicted in brown, with three strands of hair depicted in black appearing at the top of the duck's head, the left eye of the duck is represented by a white oval with black outlinging around a red X and the right eye is represented by a white oval with black outling around a solid blue oval, and black nostrils. Above the aforementioned appears the wording "UGLY DUCKLING" in black stylized font presented in a downward curved arch, and the wording "COLLECTION" in black stylized font under the aforementioned duck design presented in an upward curved arch. Other than as described above, the color white represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent area and is not part of the mark.
