To the right and slightly behind the doctor's head is an orange oval bubble, with a grey shadow, within which appear the literal elements "ASK", in white, with a black shadow. A white prescription sheet with grey lines, with a grey shadow, is pinned to the lower edge of the orange "ASK" bubble, and the "RX" symbol and wording "TABS" appear on the prescription sheet in black.
