The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods manufactured and provided have been manufactured in an environment and under a set of values , requisites and core values as they apply to manufacturing of goods according to a specific charter of which the main points are a standard of fairness, equality, safety and excellence in every aspect of the business and manufacturing in every place and corner of the world as we know it, ethical and responsible conduct in all of the operations carried out, respect for the rights, especially human rights of all individuals and for life in general, respect and care for the environment, biodiversity and the ethical use of natural resources as much as feasibly possible and the renouncing of risky and health endangering research and development activities linked to manufacturing of goods and when not possible or feasible such research and development must be conducted under open and international professional ethical objective supervision completely independent without any restriction.
