The mark consists of a design of a beige man with black hair, white eyes and black eye glasses, wearing a black suit with blue outlines, white shirt with red buttons, red bow tie and red cummerbund, and black shoes with white and grey outlines, and holding a grey and black gun which is shooting out a red line which underlines the stylized wordings "THE TERMITE GUY" in blue and then ends in a red circle with seven red lines around the circle. The circle is above a curled broken red twisting line leading down to a black and grey termite with a red face.
