The mark consists of a rectangle box. The background is shades of yellow. Starts darker then changes to a lighter yellow and repeats this pattern. The border of the box is also in these shades of yellow, bolder in some areas than others around the rectangle. There are three lines of lettering. The first line reads "HIA-LI" in all caps, there is a hyphen in between the "A" and the "L" without any spaces. The letters are in a dark blue small print and centered. The second line reads "H.Y.P.E." in all caps with periods in between each letter and no spaces, in the same dark blue, in a very bold large print and is centered. The bottom line reads "Earn it. Master it. Make a Difference." in the same small print and dark blue as the top line and centered. The first letter of the following words are caps ("Earn Master Make Difference"). All other letters are all lower case and there is a period and then a space after "Earn it. Master it. and Make a Difference.".
