"Posture Banding," is an individualized, interactive exercise/training program designed to educate the client; improve the client's posture; optimize functional breathing efficiency; develop flexibility; and, enhance muscle toning, performance and strength. This innovative training process uses resistance tubing and bands attached directly on the body with plastic clips to create resistance to the spine and spinal extensors during movement to improve posture. It also uses resistance tubing attached to the body using plastic clips from wall and/or door anchors to increase force vectors on targeted major muscle groups, while simultaneously loading the core muscles essential for good posture. In addition to the resistance tubing, the process uses conventional exercise equipment, including the Fitt Mitt and other exercise handles; half foam rollers; dumb bells; balance boards; weighted bags; steps and risers; and, exercise pads. The Posture Banding program is designed for both "Train the Trainer" and "One-on-One" client applications. The program includes a client assessment; weakness/imbalance identification; development of exercises to address the weaknesses and balance the body; general instruction on proper breathing techniques; and, creation of an exercise regimen for the client to sustain the progress achieved. "Posture Banding" describes an educational exercise program, which uses a combination of common exercise equipment. It is the underlying application of exercise physiology and creative methodology that makes "Posture Banding" unique
