The mark consists of Stylized compass contained within a circle, with large pointers indicating cardinal directions, signified with traditional single letters with "N" at the top of the circle; shorter pointers indicating intercardinal directions displayed with smaller, traditional two-letter markings; and small pointers indicating sub-intercardinal directions which are not labeled. Pointer images are darkly shaded with dense hatching on their right half as they extend from center circle, and lightly shaded with sparse hatching on their left half, to create a three-dimensional effect. At the center of the compass is a small circle containing a stylized image of a dark, silhouetted leaf consisting of seven narrow lobes. Adjoining the compass image are the words "Gateway Proven Strategies".
