Research in the field of Pre-K-12 education; research in the field of Pre-K-12 education policy; consultation in the field of K-12 educational systems and Pre-K-12 education level out of school learning programs; education services, namely, providing information and consultation services about Pre-K-12 level education that aids families to navigate schools and the broader education system, including out of school education options, and information about education that provides them with resources and strategies for improving educational services for children; providing information about Pre-K-12 level education for parents, educators, policymakers, funders, and other applicable community-based organizations; providing information about K-12 educational systems for the purposes of improving them, including information about education that happens in non-school settings and information about resources for learning for families; none of the foregoing in the fields of reschooling, retraining, reeducation, and the like
