In the middle of the star there is a circle outlined in black with a portion of the red, white, and blue American flag inside. Surrounding this circle is a gold sunburst design and a grey scale of justice, both outlined in black. A grey outer circle, outlined in black, surrounds the center design, and within this outer circle is the wording "National Coalition of Public Safety Officers" written in black, as well as a black swirling line.
