The mark consists of stylized wording "FACES" in black with a black line below it which is framed by another black horizontal line at the bottom appearing above the wording "ODIN NEW YORK" in black, in between the lines appears black eleven smiley faces emoting different feelings. The smiley faces are comprised of different geometric shapes, namely, circles within circles, diagonal lines, squares and rectangles to resemble a grid on the mouth, curved shapes, circles, rectangles representing teeth, triangles as devil ears, horizontal lines, eyeglasses in round and square shapes and x shaped cross representing an eye. The color white represents background and transparent areas which are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
