crisis counseling in the nature of personal support counseling, namely, emotional counseling and support pertaining to sexual trafficking or exploitation, domestic violence, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse and general crisis issues in the nature of sexual trafficking and sexual exploitation
