The mark consists of two concentric circles, with the outermost circle in white and outlined in black. Black lines in the top left and bottom right extend from the outline of the outer circle to the inner circle. The inner circle is a solid red circle with a white line just inside the circle all the way around the inner circle except for the top and top right of the circle. In the center of the inner circle is the depiction of barley in gold and outlined in white with multiple white line segments extending from the barley and having shaded white circles at the end of each line, except the line which is the second to the left bottom of the inner circle. The wording beertech is centered underneath all of the design elements, with "beer" in gold lettering and "tech" in red lettering, and the letters AB in red followed by "InBev" in black, with the letters "ABInBev" under the word "tech".
