The mark consists of Capital letters "A" and "B" from left to right with a dollar sign ($), equal in size, to the immediate right of the "B" (AB$), fill the top two/thirds of a rectangle. A horizontal line that starts in the interior of said rectangle just after the left side of the rectangle and ends just before the right side of the rectangle is situated immediately below the "AB$" phrase. The phrase "ARROGANT BILLION$ CREATIVE" all in capital letters, but a fraction of the size of the "AB$" phrase, is situated immediately below the horizontal line and the letters of said phrase are spaced so as to start at left terminus of the interior horizontal line and end at the right terminus of the interior horizontal line. A stylized drawing of the bristles, ferrule and part of the handle of an artist's paint brush is situated below the "ARROGANT BILLION$ CREATIVE" phrase. Said drawing is situated facing to right from the perspective of the bristles and generally said drawing fills the bottom portion of said rectangle. The white background is not a feature of the mark.
