The mark consists of Three circular images in ascending size. A small circular image on the top, a medium circular image in the center and a large circular image on the bottom. The circular images are connected and do not close between the small and medium and not between the medium and large circular images. The top circular image contains two black solid circles for eyes, one solid circle for the nose. The eyes and nose are oriented in a V shape. Above each eye is a short line in a slanted position starting at the top of the inner eye and end in a north west direction for the left eye and north east direction for the right eye. A line represents the mouth and fits within the space of the eyes and underscores the eyes and nose continuously. Solid black circles are used for the two eyes and one nose. The aforementioned fill the top and smallest circular shape only. There are five black solid circles beneath the mouth line and run in a vertical line beneath the nose.
