The mark consists of a stylized crest, with the top left box of the crest being gold and containing two stylized crossed black combs, the top right box being black and containing a stylized black and gold straight razor, the bottom left box being black and containing stylized black and gold barber clippers, and the bottom right box being gold and containing stylized black barber scissors. The crest is outlined in black, then in gold, then is surrounded by an irregular black outline. To the left and right of the crest are stylized black and gold lions, with stylized gold leaves arcing around the left and right of the crest. On top of the crest is a stylized gold crown, to the left and right of which are stylized gold curled shapes, with gold curved lines emanating from the shapes. Underneath the crest and lions is a gold horizontal line, underneath which is the stylized gold wording "LIONS DEN". Below this wording is the stylized gold wording "SHEAR AND SHAVE COMPANY", with stylized gold barber scissors on either side of the wording. The other black in the drawing represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
