Applicant believes green and the grain LLC has used the mark GREEN + THE GRAIN for the foregoing services since May 30, 2014 in Minnesota, and has used the marks GREEN + THE GRAIN & Design and GREEN AND THE GRAIN ESTD 2014 & Design for the foregoing services since April 9, 2015 in Minnesota, and that the foregoing marks are used by applying them to signage and advertisements associated with the foregoing services.
