The mark consists of two black horizontal parallel lines separated with a distance equal to two (2) letter spaces which are perpendicular to two (2) black vertical parallel lines on a white background which are separated with a distance equal to two (2) letter spaces forming three rows and three columns, essentially a game of tic tac toe. The first row is fill-in, from left to right, with a red "O", followed by a blue "X", followed by a red "O"; second row is fill-in, from left to right, with a blue "X", followed by a red "O", followed by a red "O"; third row is filled-in, from left to right, with a blue "X", followed by a red "O", followed by a blue "X".
