The mark consists of a three-dimensional transparent bottle having an octagonal cross-sectional configuration defining eight walls, with alternating wide and narrow wall widths and with the narrow walls outwardly protruding rendering the wide walls inset relative to the narrow walls, with the cross-section remaining substantially constant along the height of the bottle and then tapering at the upper end to the spout and cap in such a way that the narrow wall portions keep the same width with the wide wall portions forming an inwardly directed trapezoidal shape, and, with the wording "VODAVODA" molded so as to protrude outwardly from the wide walls with the height of the lettering being almost the width of the wide walls so that the wording extends across substantially the entire width of the wide walls and where the wording is written vertically along the wide walls of the bottle from the bottom of the bottle toward the top of the bottle, with the bottle tapering after the wording "VODAVODA".
