The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a dark blue draw-string bag with the words "AMERICAN OWNED GRANDE RESERVE AGED 7 YEARS WHISKY" in the bottom left corner in stacked, block lettering. All words are white in color. The number "7" is red in color, large in comparison to the surrounding text. Above the words "AMERICAN OWNED" is a red image of one normal and one reverse letter "C" interlocking. To the left of the word "AGED" and to the right of the word "YEARS" are white, fanciful leaf designs. Smaller white, fanciful leaf designs are also to the right and left of the word "WHISKY." Above the words is a blue and white image of three mountains with a solid blue outline of trees at the base of the mountains and a solid blue sun rising between the center and right mountains. Above the peak of the center mountain is a circular red letter "C" filled by a gold colored disk with a blue outline of a mountain. The mountains, red letter "C" and tree outlines are on a white rectangular background. The broken lines are used to depict the shape and outline of the draw-string bag and represent elements not claimed as part of the mark and serve only to show placement of the mark.
