The mark consists of a concentric circle design that serves as the body of the sun. The rays of the sun alternate between purple triangles and yellow curved sun rays and the outermost circumference of the concentric circle is purple. The rays, sun and circle have a dark gray shadow. There is another concentric circle at the center of the mark, containing a solid light gray woman in the lotus position sitting with her arms raised and facing a dark gray tree that has purple leaves shaped like teardrops. There is a light gray owl with purple feet in front of the woman, facing frontward with its wings outspread. Between the innermost and outermost circles, the dark gray stylized wording "SPIRITED HEALTH" is presented at the top and "EMPOWERING PEOPLE TO LIVE WHOLE" is presented at the bottom.
