Counseling services, namely, providing support groups for persons in abusive relationships and their children and providing a 24 hour telephone crisis line offering information, assistance and counseling on the subject of domestic violence; operating emergency shelter facilities for battered women and their children; legal advocacy services, namely, assisting victims of domestic violence with preparation of petitions, court forms and other documents required to obtain legal relief from domestic violence, monitoring courtroom procedure and escorting abuse victims to and from court proceedings
