The marks consists of a mandala type design in turquoise, red, navy blue, and light blue. From the center and expanding outward in geometric rings appears a solid light blue circle, encircled by navy blue tear drops, then a red diamond pattern, a navy blue triangular pattern, repeating turquoise tear drops, connecting navy blue half circles, and a ring of turquoise triangular outlines. Solid red circles appear equally spaced on the outer edge, all of which is bound by a turquoise circular outline. The white appearing in the mark represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
