The mark consists of a fanciful design on a box for playing cards. The reverse face of the box is rotationally symmetric about its center, such that non-centered design elements described below are doubled. A Corinthian column, topped by a griffin sejant sinister and having a second, Doric capital resting atop the griffin, runs up the upper left side of the reverse face. A second column with a griffin sejant dexter mirrors the first column and runs up the upper right side of the reverse face. In the center of the reverse face, a radiant sun is overlaid by two overlapping compasses. In successive concentric rings around the sun are found a series of springline windows; the texts "CERCA" and "TROVA" separated by a cross; a repeated cross-like floral pattern; and a single semicircle. Fleurs-de-lis line the top edge and semicircles line the left and right edges. The obverse face of the box includes the same columns, griffins, outer rings of flowers and semicircle, and borders of fleurs-de-lis and semicircles as the top half of the reverse face, but replaces the sun and inner rings of the design with an image of a multistory building and the word "PREMIUM". The bottom half of the obverse face includes bases for the two columns (instead of a rotated symmetry of their tops) and cross-shaped floral designs beneath the columns. Between the floral designs are the words "NEW YORK". A banner reading "HUDSON" with a stylized "H" overlays the building and is centered vertically within the face. A banner reading "PLAYING CARDS" runs diagonally from lower left to center right. The side faces of the box share the fleurs-de-lis and semicircles border, and display, from top to bottom, a cross-shaped floral, the letters "TXI", a griffin behind a trophy, the term "HUDSON", a rotation of the griffin and trophy, the term "USA", and the cross-shaped floral. An upper face of the box contains the text "TXI", "NEW YORK", and "USA", flanked by the cross floral. Flaps to rest under the upper face read "XI" and a flap of the upper face made to rest under the reverse face displays an arc of beams from a radiant sun and the text "HUDSON PREMIUM PLAYING CARDS". The dotted outline of the box shows the relative position of the mark for which registration is sought on the packaging of the goods, and is not a part of the mark.
