The word "OKTOBERFEST" in white letters appears near the bottom of the black rectangle. A smaller rectangle comprising artwork appears above the word "OKTOBERFEST". The artwork includes the image of three forearms and portions of hands in the colors tan, orange, pink and brown reaching up from the bottom, each holding a stein of beer in orange, yellow, brown and white. The background of the artwork includes sections of varying shades of yellow and green to the upper left and upper right, with the shades of blue and white forming the remaining background in the upper center, the middle and the bottom of the smaller rectangle.
