The mark consists of the outline of a hand that is stylistically filled in with five different color gradients in specific portions of the handprint. Second, there is a gradient of dark navy blue C100/M84/Y41/K40 to lighter navy blue C100/M9/Y0/K0 located in the middle of the palm. Third, there is a gradient of green located on the pinky finger side of the palm from green C85/M10/Y100/K10 to light green C50/M0/Y100/K0. Fourth, there is a gradient of purple and pink located in the middle and index fingers with a small portion overlapping into the ring finger the gradient runs from purple C75/M100/Y0/K0 to pink C0/M100/Y0/K0. Fifth, the ring and pinky finger and a portion of the palm below those fingers has a gradient of yellow starting with an orange-gold C0/M50/Y100/K0 to yellow C0/M18/Y00/K0 and the colored hand is accompanied by the phrases "EXPERIENCE CENTER" and "ST.
