The mark consists of a six sided shape, with five yellow right triangles, three small and two large, arranged with their hypotenuse sides making up five outer edges, arranged small, large, small, large, small. The sixth side, which is the bottom edge, is made up of two large light blue right triangles arranged side by side with the hypotneuse side the bottom edge of the design. The outer legs of the light blue triangle extend and intersect to form an L-shaped figure that is dark blue. At the center of this shape made up of the light blue triangles and the dark blue shape is a diamond shaped yellow square. The spaces between the yellow triangles are white and only meant to indicate background. To the right of this design are the words "Blue Ridge" in dark blue which appears above the words "Medical Center" in light blue.
