The mark consists of a large quantity of stylized bubble designs, all the same size but in various degrees of shading, in the upper two thirds of a square background, arranged so that the bubbles tend toward a center tip at the bottom of the mass, with bubbles covering all horizontal space at the top of the mass. A shaded bubble of the same size, with unshaded outlining, is placed in the center of the bottom of the square and there are five little shaded bubbles above the round bubble that connect the bottom bubble in a straight line to the mass of bubbles above. From the bottom center bubble, bands of light radiate outward in all directions, forming a pattern of shaded and unshaded bands on the background of the bottom third of the square background.
