Within the field of blue is a white number "3". Beneath the "3" are two crossed swords, in white bordered in black, the left sword with a yellow and black hilt, with a black thin-line cross on the hilt, and two yellow dots bordered in grey, and the right sword with a yellow handle with grey lines.
