The mark consists of an outline of the upper portion of a chameleon stretching across a rectangular frame. The chameleon's upper body, starting from about the waist, diagonally covers the rectangular frame from the bottom of the left side to the upper right corner. Most of the upper part of the chameleon, including its head, the tip of a tail, the length of its body, and a portion of the left arm rest on the left hand side of the rectangular frame. A portion of the right side of the head, the right arm, and right hand are reaching across the center of the rectangular frame. The chameleon's right hand is pulling down the upper right corner of the rectangular frame as if peeling off a skin cover. The words "Urban Chameleon" are in stylized letters and are located to the right of the chameleon and the rectangular frame design. The first letter "U" in the word "Urban" and the first letter "C" in the word "Chameleon" are capitalized and the rest of the letters are in lower-case. The word "Urban" is stacked on top of the word "Chameleon". The word "Urban" is stretched to be the same length as the word "Chameleon" underneath.
