The mark consists of a stylized flower with five large petals radiating with five-fold symmetry from the center of the flower. In clockwise order from the top, the petals appear in the following partially translucent colors: red, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Five smaller petals appear within the larger petals in the same partially translucent color as the larger petals in which they appear. Six violet petals appear in between and partially obscured by the large petals. Three translucent white petals appear between and layered over the green and blue petals, the blue and purple petals, and the red and yellow petals. One translucent red and white petal appears between and layered over the purple and red petals. The translucent, stylized, white silhouette of a person appears with its chest centered near the center of the flower, and with outstretched arms. The remaining white in the mark represents background and is not part of the mark.
