The mark consists of original art that depicts an abstract rising phoenix in green and purple. Centered at the top of the logo is a large green shaded circle. The circle is shaded such that the top portion is lighter in color. Beneath the circle are eight broad brush strokes, four on each side of the logo beginning near the center of the logo and emanating upward and outward. The first two brush strokes on both sides are green. The third brush stroke from the top on each side changes color fading from green to purple and forms a swirling circular pattern as it extends to the bottom of the logo, coming to a point as it fails to complete the circle beneath where the third brush stroke nears the center of the logo. The fourth brush stroke is a darker green color as it fades into purple at the top of the incomplete swirling circle on both sides of the center line of the logo. The two incomplete purple circles have two smaller purple brush strokes emanating from near the center of the logo downward and slightly outward. To the right of the designed logo are the words "The Raleigh House", shaded in purple and displayed on three different lines with the word "Raleigh" in bold and larger text. The word "the" is capitalized and placed just above the "a" in "Raleigh". Above the "i" in "Raleigh" is a green leaf used as the finishing mark on a lowercase "i". Under those three lines the logo reads "NATURAL TREATMENT. SOBER RESULTS." in capitalized green bold type.
