The mark consists of a white field on which appear the words "OrtegaMedina + ASSOCIATES" on two (2) lines, with "OrtegaMedina" above and "+ ASSOCIATES" directly below, all in stylized font. The words "OrtegaMedina" are internally capitalised as indicated, while the word "ASSOCIATES" is completely capitalised as indicated. "+ ASSOCIATES" appears in black directly below "OrtegaMedina", but in a font about three times smaller and much slimmer than "OrtegaMedina". The word "Ortega" is in grey and in a bold font compared to the word "Medina", which is in black. At stage right to "OrtegaMedina + ASSOCIATES" is a black circular symbol. The outer edge of the circle reaches slightly above and below the wording on the upper and lower lines. The symbol can be described as follows: superimposed within a circular black background appear two smaller circlular symbols, which are of different sizes. The two smaller symbols are interwoven. The larger of the interior symbols is white and convex, stylized as a capital "M". The smaller symbol is grey and also convex, and stylized as a lowercase "a". Viewing the circular symbol as a whole, the letters "O", "M" and "a" can be recognised interwoven inside the circle, with "O" being the thick outer edge of the black circle.
