The mark consists of four visual levels. The first level has a king's crown with five points at various heights with the center point of the crown being the tallest. The crown has a black diamond under the tallest point which is dissected and outlined by a larger white diamond. From the center black diamond, there are two smaller plain black diamonds on either side of the larger center diamond. Beside each smaller black diamond, there are small black circles which are outlined in white. The bottom of the crown has 10 small points along the base which rest above twenty-one small white circles which look like pearls. There are horizontal lines as a backgrond design on the crown which fade away as they approach the smaller and center diamonds from either side. The second visual level in the mark is a fancy, arching, Old English design sign with many swirls which resemble flowers and leaves. In the middle of the sign from left to right is the word "Victorum" in fancy Old English style letters. The "O" in "Victorum" is at the top of the arch and centered under the crown from the first visual level above it. The word "Victorm" has thick white outlining and a checkered pattern inside of each letter. The third visual level has several more swirl patterns corresponding with the second visual level. In the center of the third visual level, within a circular pattern, there is a lion head which is looking to the side instead of straight ahead and has a long flowing mane. The lion head sits directly under the "O" in "Victorum" above on the second visual level. The forth visual level contains a ribbon which is interwoven into the swirl and design of the third visual level. The ribbon has six distinct folds in it which create a flat arch below the lion head in the third visual level. The flat arch in the ribbon contains the word "TATTOO" in plain capital block letters. "TATTOO" is centered directly beneath the lion head from the third visual level. The ribbon has several horizontal lines as a background design.
