The mark consists of a stylized drawing of a taco person, in orange, speckled with brown, and outlined in black. The taco person has two glaring eyes, outlined in black, with black pupils, surrounded by white, with white dots on either of the pupils, and a yellow smudge mark under each eye. His mouth is set in an angry curved line, rendered in black. Stylized green, red, white, brown and yellow taco fixings comprised of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and hamburger meat, all outlined in black, are visible from the top of the taco person's head where the taco opening would be. The taco persons right leg is crossed over his left leg, all of the foregoing an orange and outlined in black. He is holding a brown and white football outlined in black in the hand at the end of his outstretched right arm; his left arm is crooked and the left hand is placed where the hip would otherwise be. Both arms appear in orange, outlined in black and have a white wristband outlined in white. The black background is for contrast purposes only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
