The mark consists of the word "VOËL", in stylized capital letters, oriented on an angle, with the end of the word slightly higher than the start. Inset into the letter "V" is a triangle, pointing downwards towards the vertex of the "V", with its top line even with the top of the "V". The letters "OËL" are smaller than the "V", and not aligned with either its top or bottom. There is a break in the right-hand stem of the "V", where the letter "O" overlaps but does not touch it. The letter "Ë" does not have a stem, but its three arms grow out of the "O", without touching it.
