The mark consists of an outline droplet of water in dark and light blue with a droplet of water in light and dark blue inside. The water droplet encloses a light blue hexagon in the middle with white light beaming from the hexagon with small light blue hexagons throughout the droplet. Surrounding the inner droplet of water is a faint grid design in the color white. Going through the droplet is a horizontal wave composed of a left-facing triangle with curved sides to the left of the droplet, and a right-facing triangle with curved sides to the right of the droplet. The upper side of the left-facing triangle is dark blue and fades to light blue with white streaks. The upper side of the right facing triangle is dark blue and fades to light blue with white streaks. Small white and light blue shaded circular spots of water appear throughout the wave design. A dark blue shaded area forming the bottom of a rectangle appears at the bottom of the mark.
