The mark consists of a stylized "W" overlapped and slightly above and behind a stylized "A" both contained in an oval. The letters and oval are white, silver and gray with black shadowing. The oval also contains a tear drop shape. The tear drop is white at the top and blends into blue at the bottom of the tear drop. The interior of the oval not occupied by letters or the tear drop shape is black. The "W" and "A" slightly protrude outside of the left side of the oval. Below the oval are the words "WILMINGTON AIR" in stylized font. The word "WILMINGTON" is in black and outlined in blue. The word "AIR" is blue and the cross mark in the "A" extends from the lower right portion of the right vertical line past the left vertical line and becomes thinner as it does so.
