The mark consists of concentric circles where the center circle is white, outlined with black, and the outer circle is red and outlined in white. Inside the white circle are the stylized uppercase letters RR in black lettering where the first R is backwards. Between the letters is a vertical, red-shaded rectangle with the wording FITNESS inside in white, stylized lettering read sideways. Inside the top part of the red circle is the wording RED ROAD FITNESS and inside the bottom part is the wording MIND BODY SPIRIT in black uppercase lettering. There are black dots between the words in the bottom part. On either side of the red circle is a white feather with a black tip.
